He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Merle and Martha Marie Chandler (Sears); his sister Carol Green; and his son-in-law Todd Welty. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Chandler (Vespo); his children, Jeff Chandler (Alice) of Butlerville, Brian Chandler (Lori) of Waleska, GA, Kim Waltman (Gene) of Nineveh and Tracey Welty of Bargersville; his grandchildren, Dale, Eric, Mandy, Kurtis, Jordan, Faith, Shelden and Grant; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (1009 McLary Rd, Nashville, IN 47448). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
