She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Vernie Douglas; her grandchildren, Chad Clark and Ashley Wykoff; her parents, Floyd Adrien Vowels and Anna Mary Lynch Vowels; and her sisters, Loraine Mattingly and Velda Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Kirk (Paul) of Indianapolis, IN, Barb Douglas of Bargersville, IN, Virginia Douglas of Bardstown, KY and Bonnie Clark of Greenwood, IN.. She is also survived by her four daughters, 7 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
