He is survived by: his parents, Mike Kepner and Linda Kepner (Jordan); his sister Michelle Kepner Yoder (Matthew) of Kokomo; his parents-in-law, Jim Downing and Susie Downing of Orleans; his brother-in-law Chris Downing (Megan) of Brownstown; and his nieces and nephews, Collin, Eli, Carson Downing, Macoy Yoder, Mayli Yoder, Makinly Yoder and Claire Downing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Victory Christian Church to specifically aid in their youth programs.
