He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Martin and Etta Geraldine Kruse (Fastenau); his grandson Christian Watkins; and his sister Henrietta Boward. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kruse; his children, J. B. Kruse (Karen), Stephen Edwards (Connie), Tessa Kummer (Eddie), Brenda Wisener and Lisa Kruse; his siblings, Martin Kruse and Martha Whiteman (Bob); and his brothers-in-law, John Frazier (Sue) and Jim Frazier. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
