He was predeceased by: his parents, Layton Clifford and Lola Clifford (Furney); his daughter Susan Clifford; and his siblings, Virginia Proctor and Jimmie Clifford.

He is survived by: his wife Charlene Clifford; his son Mike Clifford (Terry); his grandchildren, Daryn Clifford (Meredith), Darcy Boyce (Aaron), Ashley Truebenbach (Ryan) and Tabitha Bandy (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Colton Clifford, Breck, Kelin Boyce, DeLaney, DaeLin Truebenbach and Taebrin Bandy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
