He was predeceased by: his parents, Don West and Helen West; and his brother Dan West. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Long West; his children, Andrew (Dottie), Kris West Nichols and Michael; his grandchildren, Ryan Huser (Jacqueline Trout), Megan Whisenhunt (Landon), Natalie West, Haley Nichols, Travis West and Emery West; his great grandchildren, Mason, McKenzie Huser and Emarosa Whisenhunt; and his sisters, Judy West Shaw and Maryann West Schabel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
