He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymon Lowhorn and Elva Lowhorn; and his siblings, Milton Lowhorn, Aaron Lowhorn and Barbara Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Elda Norris Lowhorn; his children, Sherry Lowhorn and Randall Lowhorn (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Lowhorn (Brooke), Andrew Lowhorn (Denise), Jessica Vasquez (Joey) and Nathan Lowhorn (Jinoo); and his great grandchildren, Magnus, Eleanor Lowhorn and Finley Vasquez. He is also survived by his family and was proud of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
