She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kissner and Lillian Kissner (Ramsey); her siblings, Delmer, Jerry, Harry, Jack, John, Robert (Bob), William Kissner (Bill) and Betty Cole; and her mother-in-law Mary.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Rutledge; her children, Tamera J. Rutledge, Jody D. Harvey, John W. Rutledge, Jr. (Laura) and Richard C. Rutledge (Lisa); her grandchildren, Zach Rutledge (Rachel), Brandon Rutledge (Meg), Justin Rutledge (Sonya), Katy, Diana Harvey, Cora Rutledge, Kara, Mara Smith, Elijah Rutledge, Josh and Kaleb Wilson; her great grandchildren, Mason, Jackson and Adalyn Rutledge; her brothers, Greg (Kay) and Larry Kissner (Lou); and her pet Biscuit. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
