He is survived by: his grandmother Sylvietta Ruth Allen; his parents, Larry Allen and Janis McKay; his girlfriend Michelle McCleary; his children, Seannastashia VanHorn, Sterling Metcalfe-Allen, Sydney Allen, Madalyn McCleary, Caitryn Allen, Callie Allen and Teagan Allen; and his sister Lorie D'Andrea. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
