Polaski of Berlin, Germany.; and her grandchildren, Ryan David Poe of Shelbyville, KY, Taylor Joseph Poe of Nashville, TN, Kristen Elisabeth Addison (Poe) of Clayton, IN, Heather Anne Fields (Poe) of Chicago, IL, Jacob Thaddaeus Poe of Speedway, IN, Lisa Marie Chupp of Elkhart, IN, D. Kent Robertson of Holland, MI and Sabrina Lea Bishop of Homer, AK. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
