He is survived by: his wife Deana Hayes; his brothers, Ron Hayes (Pearl), Bill Hayes (Jan) and Jack Hayes (Pat); his children, Terrie Baker (Steve), Mandie Cafouras (Nate) and Joshua Hayes (Rachel); his grandchildren, Kristin, James, Christian, Ashley, Cody, Levi, Justin and Porter; and his great grandchild Nalia.
