He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest F. Frank and Ruth Frank (Dickson). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his son Steven Frank (Karen) of Fishers; his grandsons, Jacob, Ethan and Liam; and his siblings, Zoe Smith (David) of O'Fallon, MO and Dale Frank (Judy) of Rockwell, TX..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be direct to Susie's Place Child Advocacy Center, supporting child victims of abuse and violence.
