She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Adams (Mike), Rhonda Campbell (Michael), Julie Fields (Wes) and Belinda White (David); her grandchildren, Jennifer Carlson (Jason), Caleb Campbell (Haley) and Shelby McSweeney (Alex); her great grandchildren, Andrew Robert Carlson and Annabelle Marie Campbell; and her brother Jerry Van Horn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
