He was predeceased by: his father Robert Ray Rogers; and his brothers, Tom, Don, John and Marty Rogers.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rogers (Stockton); his children, Angela Rogers, Michael Rogers (Jen), Candace Young (Nick), Joseph Rogers and Mary Kuhn (Brad); his grandchildren, Cassidy Rogers, Caden, Elyse Rogers, Nicole, Madison Young, Braden, Delaney and Karsyn Kuhn; his mother Marjorie Ellen Rogers; and his siblings, Debra Marcy (Steve), Marla (Ed), Rick Rogers (Jackie) and Rodney Rogers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
