He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ann (Kozisek) and Robert Frank Miller, Sr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Miller (Debbie) of Avon and Bruce Miller (Shelley) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his friend Jill Williams of Avon.
