He was predeceased by: his father Burl York (Phil). He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his sons, Brian (Darlene) and Travis (Lora); his brothers, Randy (Candy) and David; and his mother Masel York. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Phil's name to West Morris Street Free Methodist Church, 2302 West Morris Street, Indianapolis IN 46221.
