He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Secrest Bilyeu; his children, Sandra Bilyeu Shorter (Jeffrey Shorter) and Paul Bilyeu (Jennifer Bilyeu); his grandchildren, Justin Bilyeu (Megan Bilyeu), Kayla Shorter Brock (Neil Brock), Alex Bilyeu, Zachary Shorter, Bailey Bilyeu and Carter Bilyeu; and his great grandchildren, Jameson Bilyeu, Madelyn Bilyeu and Colten Brock.
