She was predeceased by: her parents, James Floyd Sutherland Sr. and Mattie Will Rich Sutherland; her husband Louis E. Conyers; and her siblings, Shirley Lee and James Sutherland, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Jones (Bill) of Saratoga, Mark Conyers (Terry) of Weatherford, TX, Nathaniel Conyers of Middletown, OH, Timothy Conyers of Indianapolis and Sarah Conyers Fields of Union City, OH; her siblings, Virginia Short of Columbia, MD, Carolyn Smith of New Castle, Willie Southerland of Sanford, FL and Jerry Sutherland of North Carolina; and her close friends, Bob and Jeanette Sibery of Union City. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
