He is survived by: his wife Karen Hollingsworth (Turner); his children, Eric Hollingsworth (Lisa) and Sara Record (Nathan); his siblings, Karen Armstrong (Steve) and Mike Hollingsworth (Pat); and his grandchildren, Luke Hollingsworth, Marcy Hollingsworth, Blake Hollingsworth and Anderson Record. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
