He was predeceased by: his father John Cornwell; and his brother Adam Cornwell. He is survived by: his mother Anita Cornwell; his brother Matthew Cornwell (Melissa); and his nephew Jeffrey Cornwell. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
