She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cook and Virginia Cook (Gifford); and her siblings, Ronald Cook, Dannie Cook and Jacqueline Marcy.

She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Earley, Sue Schrader and Richard Cook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
