We bid farewell to Madge Alberta Stephens of Avon, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 17, 2024 at the age of 86. Madge touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Wilson Huey and Elsie Mae Wheatley. She is survived by: her siblings, Earl Huey (Helen), Wanda Manlief (Woody), Juanita Harrison (Pally) and Billy Gene Huey (Eleanor); her in-laws, Ray and Lettie Stephens; her siblings-in-law, Lucille and Clettus; her daughter Paula Stephens-Bibeau of Avon; her grandchildren, Stephanie West (Jeremy) of Indianapolis, Bradford Stephens (Julie) of Jacksonville, Brian Stephens (Christina) of North Vernon, Brandon Stephens, Bryce Stephens, Carol Tillison of Phenix City, Susan Wistoski (Jason) of Dahlonega, Georgia and Denise Smith (Dwayne Stangle) of Shelbyville, Indiana.; and her husband Russell Stephens. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Neal's Funeral Home (306 S Walnut St, Osgood, IN 47037). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
