He was predeceased by: his father William Merritt Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Redding; his sister Pam Reed (David Gulledge); his niece Meranda Bitner (Thomas Donohoe); his nephews, Cody Reed (Rachel Schwab) and Jesse Reed; and his close friend Steve Young.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home (106 Shaw St, Plainfield, IN 46168). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
