He is survived by: his wife Michele Pitts Howser; his children, Rachel Knapp (Daryl), Megan Rolfes (David) and Stephen Adams; his grandchildren, Adalynn Knapp, Elijah Knapp, Cheyanne Rolfes, Carson Rolfes and Payten Rolfes; his parents, Melvin Howser and Sandra Howser; and his brother James Howser (Miriam).
