“I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my uncle, Joe Hart. As a child, I remember him fondly as someone who had a very outgoing personality. Although we did not get together often as a family, I do remember the summer we were invited to a cookout at his house. It was a great time, and Joe was a gracious host. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know he will be greatly missed.”
