He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ned, Dora Cary, Joseph and Evelyn Middleton. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry L. Cary Sr. and Sharon Cary (Middleton); his children, Hannah Duke (Cary), Leah Cary and Stephen Cary; his former wife Amy Cary; and his sister Joy Cary (Janae Cary).
