With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lee Cary Jr. of Avon, Indiana, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on October 6, 2023 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ned, Dora Cary, Joseph and Evelyn Middleton. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry L. Cary Sr. and Sharon Cary (Middleton); his children, Hannah Duke (Cary), Leah Cary and Stephen Cary; his former wife Amy Cary; and his sister Joy Cary (Janae Cary).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Divers Alert Network.
