He was predeceased by: his father Gale; and his nephews, Todd and Trey. He is survived by: his mother Joan F. Smith (Naramore); his significant other Beverly; his children, Jeff (Erin) and Brooke (Mike); his grandchildren, Kamree, Hank, Logan and Walker; his siblings, Tommy and Chrissy; and his pet Bama. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel (76 N Avon Ave, Avon, IN 46123). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
