He was predeceased by: his parents, James Matthew Holbrook and Mae Irene Herring; and his sister Ginger Slone (Earl). He is survived by: his wife Julie Holbrook; his sister Sandy Pacalonis (John); his children, Joette Martinez, Jennifer Parra (Don), Alex Holbrook (Mariana), Eric Holbrook (Lauren) and Angela Crowe (Gary); and his grandchildren, Nick Martinez, Chris Martinez, Dominic Parra, Madison Parra, Hadley Holbrook and Norah Crowe.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home Avon Chapel (76 N Avon Ave, Avon, IN 46123). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
