He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Garold Riggen; and his wife Suzanne Robinson Grimes. He is survived by: his children, LaDonna Wright Riggen, Gary Riggen (Beth) of Plainfield, Theodore Riggen (Kim) of Nashville, Katherine Coffey (John) and Peggy Salgado (Miquel); his sister Kay Mitchell; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Harris, Courtney Sturrup, Jasmine Cooksey and Bradon Riggen; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Slater, Camden Harris, Rylan Harris, Kylah, Max, Tyson Sturrup, Nadia, Marissa and Ava Cooksey.
