He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Silvis and Rosie Silvis; and his wife Claudette Silvis. He is survived by: his children, Mikell Silvis and Ann Tuttle (Chris); and his siblings, Jerry Hendricks (Mamie), Patricia Murr (Bill) and Darin Hendricks (Roxie). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
