He was predeceased by: his wife Beulah G. Haynes (Smith). He is survived by: his sister Corine Smith; his nephew Jerry M. Allen; his niece Shirley K. Prather (Perry); and also Pam M. Mercer. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
