He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dean and Genevieve Verdi Caldwell (Clifton); and his sister Mary Barbara Amend. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Caldwell; his daughter Debbie Caldwell-Meunier (Vince) of Beech Grove; his grandchildren, Mickayla Caldwell Meunier and Robert Caldwell Meunier (Lisa); and his great grandchild Ezra Meunier.

Memorials may be directed in Bill's name to Shriners Hospital for Children, P.O. Box 1525, Ranson, West Virginia 25438.
