She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Bullins; and her siblings, Bill Hoskins, Glen Hoskins, Claude Hoskins and Bonnie Russell.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Fatout; her grandchildren, Ricky Fatout and Kaila Miller (David); her great grandchildren, Autumn Fatout, Gage Fatout, Lilly Fatout, Luke Fatout and Maverick Miller; and her sisters, Jeri Dye (Richard), Wanda Valentine and Jerrie Mills (Steve). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
