He is survived by: his wife Josie Chestnut; his children, David Chestnut (Rebecca), Benjamin Chestnut, Jr. (Lesta), Anna Dwiggins (Ken) and Dalena Jeffries (Jason); and his siblings, Earl Chestnut (Ella), Tommy Chestnut (Barbara), John Paul Chestnut (Bobbie), Stella Huffman (Paul) and Ruth Jones. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
