She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fields and Ruth Fields. She is survived by: her husband Merrill W. Sims (Sam); and her children, Greg Sims (Carol), Doug Sims (Nancy), Mike Sims (Marjorie) and Angie Pugh (Doug).
