He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Col. William F and Bette Armstrong (Beck); his mother-in-law Debra Ellis; his wife Debra Armstrong; his daughter Brandy Armstrong; his grandchildren, Seth McMullen, Isaiha Firebaugh, Andrew Agee, Kaylyn Thomas, Owynn Days, Dylan Reed, Cameron Bateman, Brylea Thomas, Jayvin Days, Nalaya Days, Keegan Bateman and Adelynn Bateman; and his brother Andrew Bruce Armstrong.
Those attending the visitation or service will be required to wear masks covering the nose and mouth.
