He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell L. Parker and Patricia Sue Parker (Bradley); and his father-in-law Forest Strickler. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Parker of Avilla; his pet Jill; his mother-in-law Judith (Robert Pickens); his siblings-in-law, Amy (James Moeschberger), Robin Strickler of Decatur, Suzie Pickens of Decatur and Daphne Milakovic of Gurnee, Illinois.; his uncle Bob Bradley of Kendallville; his aunt Carla Jean Halferty of Helmer; and his close friends, Mike, Terry McArdle and Gary Smith of Avilla.
Memorial donations may be made to the Sons of the American Legion Post 240.
