He is survived by: his wife Robin Fuhrman of Avilla; his children, Heidi Spencer (Wes) of Rockford, Michigan and Nick Fuhrman (Christine) of Westfield; his grandchildren, Alyssa Fuhrman, Mallory Fuhrman, Bradley Fuhrman, Kyli Spencer, Gage Spencer, Myah Spencer and Penelope Spencer; his sister Charlene Minick of New Haven; his sisters-in-law, Lee Ann DePew of Kendallville, Lori Bowman of Peoria and Renee Carty (Sid) of Indianapolis; his grandmother Edna Heathers of Avilla; and his children, Heart Foundation, Suite and Northbrook. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
