She was predeceased by: her mother Lorraine. She is survived by: her husband Steve of Avilla; her father Johnnie Carmichael of Avilla; her children, Stephen Helmkamp of Avilla, Autumn Brown (Tom) of Wilkesboro, Ashley Helmkamp of Indianapolis and Amber Helmkamp-Blythe (Jaye) of Indianapolis; and her grandson Emmett Helmkamp-Blythe of Indianapolis.
