He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Sr. Amstutz and Meletine Amstutz (Boyle); and his sisters, Carolyn Mendenhall, Shirley Cory and Sharon Fulk.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Amstutz of Avilla; his children, Kenneth H. Amstutz III (Lara) of Ege, William J. Amstutz of Avilla, Jason G. Amstutz of Avilla and Sara G. Amstutz of Clinton, Indiana; his granddaughter Larissa M. Anderson (Jake); his great grandchildren, Maddy M. Roembke and Hunter E. Anderson; and his siblings, Michael Amstutz (Linda) of Auburn, Richard Amstutz of Kendallville and Mona Ruble (Barry) of Avilla.
