He is survived by: his wife Beth Sumner of Avilla; his children, Tabitha Ann, Alex of Avilla and Kayden of Avilla; and his siblings, Wayne Sumner of Kendallville, Adam Wurm of Arizona, Leslie Cearbaugh of Auburn, Valerie Burns of Ft. Wayne and Barbie Wurm of Auburn.
