He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Eva Belle Smith (Moog); and his brothers, Jay D. Smith and Jerry Smith (Kay). He is survived by: his wife Karen Brown Sunday; his children, Jeanann Smith, Joann North, Jodie McNalley (Brad Crowe) and James A. Smith (Nicole); his stepchildren, Rich Sunday (Chelsa) and Ryan Sunday (Patty Smith); and his siblings, Alan Smith (Marilyn), Anthony Smith (Betty Jean), Irl Rex Smith (Ella) and Georgia Ann Patterson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
