It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Trostel (Avilla, Indiana), born in Auburn, Indiana, who passed away on September 22, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Trostel. He is survived by: his parent Florence Trostel; his wife Marta Quinonez Trostel of Avilla; his sons-in-law, Mandi Anne, Tim Shepherd of Albion, Jene, Dian and Rodney Rethlake of Fort Wayne; his son Jason Trostel of Fort Wayne; his daughter-in-law Michelle Trostel of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Zachary Smolinske, Cody Smolinske, Blake Trostel, Wes Trostel, Austin Frey, Brice Frey, Lauren Rethlake and Andrew Rethlake; and his great grandchild Carter Smolinske.
