She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Albert and Mary Josephine Ley (Schlotter); her husband Harold "Shorty" Ellert; her children, Max Ellert and Sharon Ellert-Holmes; and her siblings, Jerome Ley, Francis Ley, Madonna Brandenburg (Koch), Pearl Rhodes, Martha Ross, Eileen "Mike" Davenport and Mary Jane Stoner.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Ellert (Cheryl), David Ellert (Ginger), Kevin Ellert, Carol Savieo (David) and Karen Flory (William Jr.). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials are to Masses at St. Mary's or St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.
