He was predeceased by: his parents, Euroy Fugate and Maude Fugate (Neace); his wife Hazel Fugate; and his siblings, Troy Fugate, McKinley Fugate, Kermis Fugate and David Lee Fugate.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Fugate (Sherry) of Austin and April Fugate (Andy Gallimore) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Kailey and Ethan Fugate; and his siblings, Lushin Fugate (Linda), Della Kallembach (Hubert) and Vernie Farler (Ray).
