He was predeceased by: his father Nelson Paswater. He is survived by: his mother Mary Beth Baldwin Coffman of Jeffersonville; his children, Thomas Paswater (Spencer) of Charlestown and Laurel Miller (Marty) of Oak Hill; his sister Joy Paswater; and his grandchildren, Emerson, Barry Paswater, Nicholas, Alaina, Benjamin and Kelton Miller.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Memphis Christian Church (13503 Memphis-Blue Lick Rd, Memphis, IN 47143).
Memorials may be given in Troy's memory to the National Parks Foundation.
