He was predeceased by: his parents, George Neace of Washington and Amanda Neace (Griffith); his sons, Tommy Neace, Jr. and Christopher Neace; and his siblings, Buster, Goodlow Neace, Bertha Watts, Mae Deaton, Hazel Mutijestie, Sally Bell Mullins, Silvania Neace (Waney), Vernie Farris and Canous Whitaker.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Neace of Austin, IN; his children, Michael Neace (Ruth) and Carolyn Eversole-Keith (Jonathan); his daughter-in-law Alicia Neace; and his siblings, Rufford Neace and Ruby Matthews.
