He was predeceased by: his parent Irene Connolly. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Connolly (Joel) of Round Lake, IL., Tammy Phillips (Phil) of Engleside, IL., Jennifer Davis (Doug) of Austin and Ashley Phillips (Matt) of Austin; his siblings, Dennis Connolly of Georgia and Pam Connolly; and his granddaughter Addison Davis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.. He was preceded in death by His Mother.
