He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Nell Hawkins, Chester and Cleta Alexander; and his nephew Landon Miner.
He is survived by: his parents, Roger Hawkins and Sherry Hawkins (Alexander) of Austin, IN.; his children, Koby Hawkins (Emily Richey), Kelsey Hawkins, Katie Hawkins and Briq Hawkins; his grandson Levi Allen Hawkins; his sisters, Julie Miner (Mike), Shelley West (Dale) and Sara LaMaster (Chad); and his nieces and nephews, Alex Miner, Noah West, Zachary West, Jalen Hines, Hudson LaMaster, Olivia Miner and Audriana LaMaster.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and the governor's executive order, face masks are required in the funeral home and we ask that social distancing be observed.
