He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Laverne and Marcella Atkins; and his grandfathers, William Hamilton (Marie) and Arthur Atkins (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Fields; his sons, Josh Spicer of Austin and Zach Spicer of Seymour; his grandchildren, Kaylie Spicer of Austin and Kallen Boswell of Austin; and his sister Vicki Blake (Charles) of West Lafayette. He is also survived by nephew; and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charity.
